Two weeks prior to your appointment, we call to confirm that the date and time are convenient, if not, we can reschedule.
All “Preferred Customer Program” members receive priority holiday scheduling. To schedule your holiday appointment, you are called a month in advance, and your spot is reserved!
If you have to cancel, you get priority on our cancellation list
The only requirement is that you schedule and keep your appointments every 1-8 weeks. It is recommended that dogs get groomed every 4-8 weeks.
